THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

About the StoneLake at River's Bend Board of Directors

When management of The StoneLake at River's Bend Homeowners Association ("HOA") was turned over by the Developer to the Homeowners in 2014, a five-member Board of Directors (also referred to as the "Board of Trustees"), the governing body representing Owners, Residents and the Association, was formed. These five residents voluntarily dedicate their time and talents to serve the interests of the community. They are elected to three-year terms during voting at an annual meeting. Director terms are staggered so that in any giving year, no more than two members are elected to serve three year terms. Board Members must be homeowners of the community in good standing whose member rights and privileges have not been suspended and they must be able to attend the quarterly-year meetings.

The Board of directors are dedicated to long-term good management, controlled growth and fiscal responsibility. Their thoughtful concern ensures reasonable protection of each owner's environment.  The Directors are responsible for setting Rules & Regulations and Policies that align with the StoneLake at River's Bend Declaration (Warranty Deed), By-Laws and the Articles of Incorporation. They approve the annual operating budget and capital expenditures for the community's common areas throughout the year.

Residents are welcome to address the Board by giving written notice to the Association not less than one week prior to the quarterly board meeting. Dates of the quarterly board meetings and Annual Homeowner Meeting may be found on the Website Community Calender. Homeowner's Notice may be mailed, delivered, or emailed to StoneLake at River's Bend Homeowners Association Management Company.   If requesting a hearing in response to a letter of violation for your property, please visit Hearing Procedure and Request for a Hearing.
