THE ASSOCIATION

The StoneLake at River's Bend Association is an incorporated, non-profit organization of residents operating under the recorded land agreement.  All homeowners in the StoneLake at River’s Bend community are automatically members of the Homeowners Association.  The Homeowners Association was established to protect your investment and enhance the value of the property owned by each of its members. This is accomplished by providing for the physical maintenance and operation of the shared property, enforcing the Regulations and Architectural Controls, and setting up an effective communications system among it's members.

The Association is governed by a set of legal documents which establish the Association, regulate its operation, and provide rules for use of property within the community. These Governing Documents consist of, but not limited to, the following:
Articles of Incorporation: Establishes the Association as a legal entity
By-Laws: Implements the provisions regarding the Association’s operations, including the election procedures, powers, duties, and enforcement process
Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs): Provides the rights, obligations, and restrictions for each owner in the Association
Policies and Rules & Regulations:  Consistent with and designed to further the interpretation purpose outlined in the declaration, govern the conduct of our residents, guest, and trustees.

In order to maintain the upkeep of the properties, amenities and common areas within the Association, All Members are required to contribute a yearly homeowners association fee (paid on a quarterly basis), and any special assessments to cover the financial operations costs of the community.  For a closer look at the operations of the Association, please view the Annual Budget.
